The sand and dust test chamber, driven by a fan to push a certain concentration of sand and dust to blow over the surface of the test piece at a certain flow rate, simulates the typical environmental conditions of nature at any time without being limited by time and season, to evaluate the test specimens' ability to protect against the infiltration effects of dust particles, the ability to defend against abrasive or blocking effects of grit, and the ability to store and operate when exposed to dry sand or a dusty atmosphere.
It is composed of working area, blowing dust circulating air duct, vacuum extraction system, dust recovery device, electrical control system, safety protection system and other components. The test has an "accelerated"nature, which can shorten the test period of the test piece.
