Precautions for equipment selection

Time: 2025.09.01

When choosing an environmental test chamber, please be sure to confirm the following:

1. Studio size: Generally, the volume of the test product does not exceed 1/5 of the overall volume of the studio. The effect is the best and most realistic.

2. Temperature range: with or without temperature program changes or rapid temperature change requirements. If so, the reference temperature change speed needs to be determined.

3. Humidity range: with or without low temperature and low humidity requirements, with or without humidity program change requirements. If so, you need to determine the temperature and humidity correspondence diagram (very important).

4. Load requirements: Whether the load is heating up, and if it is heating up, the reference power needs to be determined.

5. Cooling method: It should be based on the actual situation of the local area. If the test chamber with a smaller refrigeration system is selected, air cooling can be given priority; if the test chamber with a larger refrigeration system is selected, water cooling method should be given priority when conditions permit.

6. Dimensions: It is related to the product's entry and exit into the laboratory, placement, working conditions, and maintenance conditions.

7. Test stand: Whether there are load-bearing requirements for the test stand, if so, the reference weight needs to be determined.

8. Power supply/power: power supply conditions and installation power, whether it is available and whether there is sufficient margin.

9. Optional functions: with or without optional functions, optional accessories, and spare parts requirements (this unit's series of standard products can work normally under standard configuration and meet general test requirements).

10. Implementation standards: Due to space constraints, the implementation or satisfaction standards listed in the products on the website are all general, and in practical applications, they may be part of the standards or part of the terms of the standards. Therefore, when users place an order, they should indicate the specific implementation standards and terms as much as possible.

11. Parameter response: When choosing temperature and humidity test equipment, be sure to pay attention to the product parameter index/temperature and humidity control capability range diagram. Special requirements must be agreed and confirmed with our company's sales engineer.

12. Other matters: When users choose models, choose standard models as much as possible in order to obtain the fastest delivery time and the most economical quality assurance, but due to the diversity of test requirements, you can also choose non-standard products according to special needs.
