Application

Transportation simulation test system is used to assess the ability of various items with specific load to withstand the actual road conditions in the road vehicle transportation process, to get the effect on the items by the actual working condition in the laboratory, therefore, which can be a basis to assess or determine the product and its package.


Feature

The transportation simulation test system reproduces the vibration environment of the car while driving on the road in the laboratory. Use the method of approach by sub frequency band to simulate broadband random vibration. Every sub frequency band has a primary natural frequency (equivalent to the natural frequency of the car), and satisfies the power spectrum of the sub frequency band. As for the vibration energy level, vibration parameters of transportation simulation test system conform to actual road spectrum, at the same time, running time of test system is equal to the actual running time. No need for special foundation.
