Application

The termal shock test chamber is a necessary test equipment for metal, plastic, rubber, electronic and other material industries. The thermal shock test chamber can detect defects and faults early in the R&D and production stages, reduce the risk of failure due to design errors or poor manufacturing processes, and greatly improve product reliability. Test principle

Observe the specimen's chemical or physical changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction in a short period of time under the continuous temperature shock of instantaneous extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature, to judge the specimen's reliability and stability when the atmospheric temperature changes sharply, then assess the product's environmental adaptability and the overall structure's rationality.

 

Structure description

The two-zone thermal shock chamber is set as high temperature zone and low temperature zone. The specimen needs to be placed in the basket and moved with the basket in the high and low temperature zones to achieve the purpose of temperature shock.
