KCT10 series Hydraulic lifting vertical shock test system

KCT10 series is a fully automated hydraulic lifting shock test system, which is used to measure and determine the shockresistance performance of product or package, to check the functional reliability and structural integrity of the test product in a shock environment. The system can perform the shock test of general half sine wave, post peak sawtooth wave, square wave and other waveforms, to achieve the shock wave and shock energy of the product in the actual environment,then to improve the system or optimize the packaging structure of product.


Functions and features:

◆Windows based stable control system: fully automatic remote control interface, the operator only needs to input simple values, KCT90 series shock and bump measuring controller can accurately complete the shock test;

◆ Multi track guide pillar: combine with hydraulic balance lifting system, good lubricity, no noise, fully automatic positioning table;

◆ Automatic control of lifting height: after the height setting is completed, the computer automatically controls the lifting height of the table, with high accuracy and good repeatability;

◆Forged or cast aluminum table with high performance: forged or cast aluminum table, provides a higher strength and hardness, and a higher first-order resonance frequency, low noise, and no clutter;

◆The most reliable brake system: built in brake mechanism, to avoid the second rebound bump, and locate the table more safely;

◆Multiple waveforms: replace different waveform generators to perform general half sine wave, post peak sawtooth wave, square wave and other waveforms;

◆Easy installation: the device is equipped with high performance buffer vibration isolation device, no need for special foundation, easy and reliable to install;

◆ Perfect measurement system: there are various waveform tolerance zones in the system memory, which is convenient for users to adjust and apply, and automatically complete the test report generation after the test is over;

◆ System compatibility: compatible with a variety of shock measurement and analysis software systems, to provide users with more choices.

Waveform generator:

◆ Half sine waveform generator of fixed pulse width is made of engineering rubber curing on the baseboard, different shock pulse width can be available depending on the different combinations of stiffness and thickness.

◆ The adjustable half sine waveform generator can adjust the extending length of rubber part by rotating the outer cover, thus change the pulse width; the pulse width adjustment range is between 3 and 11ms. By adding a fixed pad, it is convenient to adjust the pulse width from 3 to 40ms.

◆ The multi function waveform generator consists of special cylinders, which produces post peak sawtooth and trapezoid waves. It is convenient to adjust the maximum overload value of the post peak and trapezoid waves by adjusting the air pressure. The air source of cylinder is high pressure nitrogen gas, the pressure range is 1~10MPa. A couple of multi function waveform generators can be used on one device, and the overload value can be adjusted between 10 and 100g;

◆The square wave waveform generator consists of special cylinder, and adjusts the maximum overload value and pulse width value by adjusting the air pressure. The air source of cylinder is high pressure nitrogen gas, the pressure range is 1~10MPa, and the overload value can be adjusted between 10 and 100g.
